The next morning I stuck to the regular routine of letting Diamond out first. It was still too early for I was yawning the entire time.
Acorn was the next one to be let out though he seemed to be more in favor of eating his hay then listening to me.
Diamond was all ready racing around the race track.
Denali, Acorn and Leaves where engaging in a family gallop.
Heading back into the house I decided that it was going to be a chore day. For their was a ton of stuff that needed to be done. First one the list was cleanning the shower.
Then it was on to fixing the toilet a third time.
I then headed outside to scatter some hay. Acorn was obviously excited for I had found out that Denali was excepting so Acorn was proud that he was soon going to have two children.
Diamond was to smart to fall for the silly ghost in the garden trick.
Another lighting strike hit so this time Acorn freaked out thinking that the loch ness monster was going to eat him.
I had to calm Acorn down and reassure him that the loch ness monster could only exist in water so he'll be fine.
I headed back inside to eat some lunch. As I ate my lunch I looked out the window admiring the trees for Appaloosa Plains was defiantly beautiful in the fall.
As I was eating the horses where doing another family race. Diamond one this one but Denali wasn't that happy about that and Leaves was protesting because he thought his father got in his way.
After cleaning the dishes I cleaned the sink for it was starting to get quite gross. Going back outside I scattered some more hay because with so many horses it was a good idea to have a lot of hay out.
The last order of businesses till it was time to go to the show was to start raking up some of the leaves.
Acorn really liked having so much hay out.
I got so into raking that time slipped away from me and before I knew it we were almost going to be late to the show!
I tacked up Acorn and we rushed over to the Equestrian Center. We were going to compete in our second Advance Racing class. Acorn wasn't that happy that he didn't get to finish his food.
In the end we got forth again. I must admit I was pretty disappointed as we headed home. Once we got back I untacked Acorn and he instantly went over to the hay. Hopefully tomorrow was going to be a better day.
